Extra Guests:
Superior rooms cater for a maximum of 2 Extra Guests but cannot exceed 4 guests in total. Children under 5 years on date of arrival are Free..

Booking In Time: 12 noon
Booking Out Time: 11 am

Deposits:
Deposits are proportioned across the number of days booked.
For stays of 3 day or less, 100% deposit is required.
All other stays a deposit of 50% of the accommodation charge/day is required in advance to secure reservation.
Any balance of payments, (including transfer charges, if requested) become due on arrival.
Currency exchange and money transfer charges remain the responsibility of the guest.

Cancellation:
Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival, full refund less costs.
Cancellations between 16 – 30 days of arrival 50% refund less costs.
Cancellations between 0 – 15 days of arrival zero refund. If we can re-let a cancelled booking at short notice, we will refund deposits from the re-letting revenue, less costs

* Any person booking rooms accepts that the Hotels’ Public Liability is Limited by Insurance to a maximum of 1,000,000 php for any accident, injury, loss or damage of any kind including personal property , money, jewellery, cameras or other valuables. Any claim will be dealt through the Insurance Company under Philippine Law.

The Hotel and its' management are not responsible for the actions, inactions or failures of any of its' agents or service providers. This includes transportation, excursions, public utilities. Internet services etc.

 All Guests are strongly advised to take out the appropriate Travel Insurance before travelling.
