On arrival, the balance of payments, for the entire booking, becomes due. Any days not used, such as late arrivals or through the shortening of a stay, will be charged for at the full rate.
Amendments, to bookings, can be made up to 30 days prior to arrival and will be handled on a case by case basis depending on availability. If the number of days is reduced in any amendment, then any deposit already received will be used to pay for the lost days. We do not want to make profit on potential guest’s misfortune and should we be able to re-let cancelled accommodation at short notice, we will refund up to the full amount less 1 nights accommodation charge and any bank and transfer costs.
